Bridge Financing (Selling or Transferring Ownership)

In support of owners who have chosen to sell or transfer ownership of their business we offer a bridge investment to fund the establishment of systems during the process of preparing a company to be sold or transferred. As part of the process of receiving equity for this investment, we will establish a re-acquisition or redistribution of our equity portion to the future identified local owners and operators of the company.
