Customer Experience

$250 / 4 weeks. This self-paced online course is expected to take up to 4-weeks to complete. How do you know what customers think of your business? One way to really know is to conduct a regular customer survey (twice a year at a minimum) to quantify your customer experience. First, you’ll answer the 7 key questions to defining your business. Then, you will be introduced to the Net Promoter Score (NPS) that is the best measure of customer experience and use the online tool to create your own NPS survey that you can email to your customers immediately and analyze the results. The surest way to predict the longevity of your business is to measure how committed is your customer base.
