$250 / 4 weeks. This self-paced online course is expected to take up to 4-weeks to complete. Every valuable business needs to be able to “scale.” But what does this mean exactly? It means that the business needs to be able to run without you and quickly produce your product or service to reach many customers efficiently. First, you’ll answer the 7 key questions to defining your business. Then, you will be introduced to the The Scalability Finder and use the online tool to uncover the products you should prune and those that you should be able to teach, differentiate, and create repeatable purchases from customers. When you are able to scale your business its value exponentially grows.
